Description of incident (inc date & time):

I warned him in Arabic. In the end he refused to communicate but he said come help me, I said I refuse to help you if you refuse to communicate. Then he made a joke in arabic. I communicated with Arabic but it did not work, I am sorry for violating the language rule but I had to extract something.
