Description of incident (inc date & time):20/09/2016 at around 4:45pm (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time.
* mRgOOg BeH':
1:18:40- fails to slow for siren causing him to pit me into a barrier
1:19:00- passes the chase with no intent of slowing down
King Al-Shmal:
1:19:35-Pulls out infront of chase causing me to spin out losing suspect. Also does not even say sorry
