replay timestamps:

Replay 1 - Watch from 1:09.00 and on still end, the main highway 1 shows his RPMs jump and for an XRG, he accelerates very quickly, in a staggered manner, he also has no "sound" of acceleration.

Replay 2 - He leaves pits around 40 seconds in, just watch from there in its entirety...

For both replays i took screenshots showing he has no ping issue, you can ask other cops that are visible in replay 2, his ping doesn't vary much.

Second image is after replay 2, before i left to post the report.

I understand i have 120 ping, and other cops also viewed this staggered manor that had better and worse ping than me.
