Time : 5 pm
Description , from first the chase and i could tell he was trying to pit cops to fence so we get bad damage and he could run away , anyways in 2:45:22 he keepet pushing my car till i hit the fence and it was in purpose and he said he was allowed to do that? i was angry and told him i will report him, but i didn't because i know it was wrong so i didn't report him and try to talk to him, Today i try to talk to him 11/1/2016 12:30pm , but he ignored me and seem he don't care about what he did at all.( http://puu.sh/s2Nwk/fe83c913ca.png ) .

I appreciate you holding off on the report and trying to talk to the user before resorting to the forums, I hope more people follow after your ways. :]

As to the report, I don't think that sort of maneuver is appropriate, due to it not really pertaining to rule 3.10, and as such I feel a confirm-able warning is suitable in this situation.
