Description of incident (inc date & time):
Around 11:00 EST, me and my friend cruising. Then arabs come and start speaking arabic, and pretty much spamming with arabic.

Given they stopped speaking arab after you told them to and i am led to believe they tried to get their friend in arabic channel i will take no action this time. However i will keep an eye on them in future.
