From the replay you provided there is no evidence as to what SERGI was trying to do, maybe he moved over for you to pass, maybe he intentionally blocked you, therefor based on this assumption i cannot issue a punishment for something that might or might not have happened. In future please use .mpr not youtube links as it is hard for us, admins to take everything in consideration by judging from your POV.
