- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:In the fine list it clearly states that dangerous driving is "Whenever some other player gets actively endangered, for instance ignoring the right of way or ignoring traffic lights." As you can clearly see from the replay the reason Tyler gives for the fine is me hitting the barrier, putting anyone that COULD HAVE BEEN THERE in danger, and putting myself in danger. Non of those reasons justify a fine for dangerous driving. He even quotes the fine list himself but for some reason is still to stubborn to simply admit he made a mistake.

Seeing the replay and checking the map for people close to the corner you crashed at, I see no point in a dangerous driving fine. As he gave you a medium fine for dangerous driving (125€) which is the incorrect fine, I'll reduce it to a careless fine which will be 60€.
