Main reason(s): AFK on duty COP, i think his main reason why he does that is for hours in stats.

Hi there DeividsNi,

There is currently no rule against [COP]'s being AFK whilst on duty. [TC] CityDriving servers use an idle kick timer which dictates how long people can be AFK for, this time is increased the more km's you have on your trip (which is located on the top right of your screen when on the servers.)

Furthermore, in future please try and stick to reporting people who are being a nuisance or if someone is generally causing an issue and ruining yours or other user's gameplay experience. The person of which you reported doesn't look to be causing any problems to anyone, he is also parked as far away from the road as possible in this situation.
