Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 4:10:55 He was going fast with out braking and he hit me from the rear side , after that I was trying to talk to him and he was trying to stop me
4:19:48 I was trying to go with that right corner and he was sticking behind me he didn't give me a chance to go right

also before two days maybe he insulted me and I talked to an admin and he give him a warning idk why he makes problem always with me, thank you for your time.

Hello! In fact, the force used in the chase is not allowed per COP manual. That hit on your rear bumper was genuinely improper, in addition to his lack of apologies.
