[Implemented] New chat for med/res/tow vehicles

I thought it might be a good idea to add a new chat for res/med/tow vehicles, just like cops chat. This would improve communication on the scene and cut down on unnecessary spam in the main chat. It would also make it easier to ask for !power and !winch. What do you think?

I agree, it would be nice to have one dedicated chat for all 3 services.

Not totally against it but !power and !winch support can already be called by the SOS menu. Which will create a proper call for all suitable units.

I think its a decent idea and probably fairly easy task to implement, with cop chat already being a thing.

But what about cops? They are part of EMS as well.

In my opinion, there is no problem with cops being part of ems chat. This would create a global ems system. Maybe then the role of the police during an operation would be more significant, securing the scene, directing traffic etc. Rolepay would have reached another level of realism. Communication during operation in the main chat is chaos.

Global EMS chat would be a great idea. Good as well for coordinating responses when there's more than one incident to respond to at one time. Could be a good idea to colour code the chat too, to make cops, meds/res and tow distinguishable from each other too.

But for the purpose of avoiding overcrowding the messages when copping, should deffo have an option to mute EMS Chat if you don’t want to get spammed etc.
