Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): from the start of the MPR u can see that he is careless and doesn't care about rules he hit cops wrong way also he try to hit suspects
1- 03:27 Wrong way heading for 2 cops face to face.
2- 06:03 He was going to hit me and the cop while he was in wrong way and I avoid him.
3- 07:57 Nice nearmiss :/.
4- 08:08 he don't care about siren and hits SO•Anaa[COP].
5- 08:11 he sow me and aim at me when I was trying to avoid him because I went wrongway.
on the end of the MPR I'm trying to talk to him but no answer .

This user has recently served a 7 day ban for ramming, and was given a final warning by another admin on his return. It seems he has not learnt his lesson and has repeated the same behaviour again (at 08:11) having just returned. As a result of this repeated behaviour, he will be banned again, but for a longer period - 14 days.
