I have watched the replay you linked.

Right off the bat, smgpublic displays a clear lack of disrespect for sirens/chases. Throughout the whole replay, he has been breaking 4 rules repeatedly: 1.2, 1.3, 1.5 (not as much, but still), 3.11.b

I would like to comment on a few timestamps:

This was just a small hit, far from being a ram and not against the rules.

Not really smgpublic's fault. EsopDeRippa should have slowed down or kept driving on the correct side.

smgpublic did not "cause" Itachi Uchiha to ram. Itachi Uchiha intentionally rammed smgpublic - likely revenge.
bulletradek (Itachi Uchiha) will be getting a warning for this, as intentional ramming is not allowed. (revenge ramming included)
