Hello. This is a unique situation and I'll highlight exactly what I mean.

dmrzn: You took the corner too quickly causing you to go onto the ramp/gas station object which is technically not the official road. The road edge is painted white and ends before the little uphill ramp. Therefore, since you went too quickly almost colliding with the cop the careless driving is justified.

FrogHop: You were driving in the opposite direction to the oncoming traffic, and very close to the edge of the road. You even swerved into the oncoming traffic momentarily. While the fine was justified, you drove in an unsafe and accident-provoking manner and caused an issue which would've been otherwise avoidable. A confirmable warning will be given in-game.
