Good Points: Map awarenes was okay with minor things to correct.

Improvements: Although chase was initiated correctly but you did not wait for Failed to Stop and rushed to perform a PIT you should aways wait for FTS unless its accidental contact wich is acceptable.
There is a lot to cover but i will keep it short by poiting out things you should work on.

Firstly, you need to work on car control as it was not great, there was a lot of Wrong way and control loss especially, after a PIT attempt. I would suggest to try different setup and practice driving arroud as civilian at high speeds so you can have a feel how the car behaves at high speeds.

Secondly, when performing a PIT try to match the suspect speed before attempting a PIT, incase the manuever fail you can keep car controll without loosing too much speed.

Lastly you weren't in controll of the chase at all you were all over the map wich let to excessive WW and a lot of damage coliding with objects wich you should avoid as much as possible unless its necessary.
