I think I have been unfairly punished
- Your LFS Username: deagle762
- Their LFS Username (if applicable - the person who took your money): Admin who cuts the fine: boYPoWEr Admin who issued a time penalty for the UF1 vehicle: 9XxAdrianxX9 - Time & Date of Incident: 18/01/2025 Around UTC 15:50-15:55 - Replay / Screenshot Link: - Replay Timestamps: https://limewire.com/?referrer=pq7i8xx7p2 Duration of MPR: 2:23:20 - Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I want to tell the incident from the beginning. But first of all, I want this issue to be dealt with with a real interest. "Muffin" and I were driving our cars together. I entered the bend ahead by getting on the grass. There was admin "Adrian" at the time and I gave his front bumper a slight rub and passed. As a result of this act, I apologized and moved on. He wrote a message in the style of haven't you seen me and I gave a simple answer, saying "maybe". Then he gave me a 20-minute penalty for the UF1 car. I thought it was funny and didn't say anything. But really, in my eyes, there was no problem to be made a big deal out of. (Which indeed it was.) Finding this punishment unfair, I began to rotate around my axis and just left the vehicle. Later, I was also interested in my phone, but my eye was on my computer on the one hand. "I immediately responded to the message written by BP." Seeing me in this state, "BP" started writing me messages about it, and at the end of the job, I was fined €40,000. I have been subjected to such severe penalties due to a small friction on the front bumper. If there was a really big problem, I would stop my car, talk to Adrian, try to solve it. But I can't believe that I'm being subjected to penalties like this for such a small reason. There are many similar problems on the server among large users from these situations, but I will not discuss them now. To summarize I have been subjected to all this because of the punishment that I thought of as "unnecessary" given by Adrian in the first place. I want to say again, I really want this issue to be handled in a relevant way. Now I demand that this situation, in which I am madur, be resolved. Thank you, sincerely "deagle762" |

RE: I think I have been unfairly punished
This will be looked into, but it does not qualify to be posted in the refund request section since the fine was imposed as an admin punishment. Thread moved to server admin tasks.

RE: I think I have been unfairly punished
You were warned just a few months ago for setting your vehicle to drive unattended, which is considered InSim abuse. You confirmed the warning.
Quote:In-game warning message: Today you were caught doing exactly the same. Even worse, you did it to actively avoid the consequences of a UF1 restriction (punishment). Whether you agree with the restriction or not is completely irrelevant. Why are you now completely shocked that you have been subjected to these "severe consequences"? If you have no respect for the admins or for the rules, kindly find a different server to frequent. |

(2025-01-18 20:40)BP Wrote: You were warned just a few months ago for setting your vehicle to drive unattended, which is considered InSim abuse. You confirmed the warning. The MPR file and its duration are available at the top. How accurate is this punishment that Adrian has given me? Besides, why shouldn't I be shocked? I'm being subjected to all this punishment because of a small, insignificant matter. If this situation is not a "small" situation, are such penalties applied in the same way for other non-"small" problems? I'm someone who actively spends time on the server, and a lot of people know my personality, my driving, my experience. That's why I feel very comfortable and I declare again that this situation is wrong. And in your last message you said that if I don't respect the rules, the admins, I should go to another server. If the problem in the upper registry is that serious, the users should have received a suspension for "bigger" cases than this problem or additional fines of more than €40,000. If that was the case, there would be no active people left on the server or people would walk around penniless. And my only question is, how fair is this punishment that Adrian has given? |
