Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): While being in a chase Kaz hit the wall (33:52), gone into wrong way (33:56), and hit me out of bounds (33:57) while I was in a chase too.

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: I tried to talk with Kaz after saving and reviewing the replay, but he didn't accept his fault, tried to put the accident on me. Then he disconnected, I gave a bit of time thinking that he's taking a look at the report too, but after 15 mins he was still not back.

Hi,

I have issued a warning to both kazhack and cem.demir.35.

The reported user (kazhack) went on the wrong side of the road, but IMO the collision was not inevitable until the chasing cop (cem.demir.35) failed to check his surroundings before attempting a PIT (which also caused kazhack to preemptively counter-steer).

Both users had blame in the incident against you. Kazhack did not acknowledge any fault when questioned, and cem.demir.35 did not acknowledge the situation at all (but probably wasn't questioned about it).
