At last weekend's DTM, Ralf Schumacher takes out an entire pit crew.

Several of them were taken to hospital and are recovering.

Looks like the rear wing caught some hoses. Shouldn't be able to happen Unsure

Wow.. Now they probably aren't allowed to use humans to do pitwork anymore, risk of getting hit by a hose once in 50 years or something..

That's very unlikely to happen, it's like saying they would replace all human spectators with robot spectators after the 1955 Le Mans disaster. Wink

Yup. Not the first time this has happened either, although it's rare and this one was quite bad.

You can see one of the guys holding the hose out of the way, but it looks like he didn't quite hold it high enough and it drop too soon, so it just caught the rear wing.
