0.25 - probably an intentional crash of himself, although I'm not sure. Caused no disruptions anyhow.
1.09 - Sure, but caused no disruption.
6.22 - Indeed he wrong sided on autobahn.
6.33 - I did not see an apology and he disconnected a little while after. He caused a few extra crashes when he hit you.
7.00 - Sure but no disruption.

Please await a punishment. Also, Rocky, please don't do what you did at 6:53 (wrong siding on the autobahn, sort of)
