I joined the chase and we're doing routine things. On the Highway 1, This person followed us, he hit AidenJohnson and overtook.

User follows too closely, hits a cop without an apology, then tries to overtake the chase (and partially does so, but changed his mind)

He is going to receive a 12 hour ban, resultantly.
