First [dF] Bugzz˜Î rams me at my left and the i start a chase on him and
[dF] KUB and [dF] Mahz Î doesnt want to letting me pass when i was chasing his friend ([dF] Bugzz˜Î) ramming me and braking in front of me
and then [dF] Bugzz˜Î rams and provoke an accident to WiLD PowerD.

[dF] Bugzz˜Î (Glowing Pistons Test)

After a few inspections of the replay, it does show this user lining himself up to sharply turn into you. He did not apologise or show any remorse which supports the fact it was intentional. To me, this seems like an obvious ram (even though it didn't have a disastrous effect) and due to a few factors, he will receive an absolute final warning before a lengthy ban is issued for ramming.

Will receive a warning for interfering with/blocking a chase.
