21:18 - Causes an accident in which another user spins off and fails to apologise.

21:40 - Rams another user.
22:21 - Pulls out on me. See screenshot here and here. There was a £220 !sorry available, so it's evident that he hit me.

After this I say:-
Jul 18 16:44:25 Daniel [COP] : you can say sorry you know - of which he ignores.

25:55 - I confront him of which he continues to ignore until:
I tell him ignoring me will earn himself a report which finally catches his attention and he admits "I've seen none", "So nice one" then disconnects with no apology.

Everything that occured in the timestamps 16:44 BST - 18/07/2013. Involved multiple users.

Off-topic: Just after this, about 22:08, [NOR]Ê݆ríx' (cruisescarz) supposedly avoids the swear filter: "Seat ibizia Switch - you againg ur <insert language here> crasher". I'll do a seperate report if you want me to.

I am not 100% convinced that this was a purposeful ram, because of his erratic driving leading up to the accident. Because the user is very new, he will receive a warning so that he hopefully does not do this again.
