As shown as soon as he leaves the pit and sees juntu he hits him.
Soon after that he rammed me head on
I was parked at the highway lasering people,
when he just rammed me head on.
And only apologized after people saying he should.
Even before the headon ram he was constantly playing around at the roundabout and hitting people, i think this is just a case where the replay says it all

It is evident that this user was intentionally ramming, the fact he apologised is irrelevant - it's hard to take an apology seriously if the initial action was utterly intentional and not accidental, at least in this case.

The more worrying thing is, the ramming you're reporting him for only happened a little while after he was spoken to by an admin for multiple rule violations.

I'll give this user three days to think about what he's done.
