27.36 he start driving over the speedlimit for few seconds to catch me.

27.55 I braked down to 70-80 kmh. Than he crash in my back. He chased me and say i causing a crash....and fined me for 150. I asked why? He say i have no reason for braking and chanching the lane..... and i was saying sorry......

He blamed me. Is not my fail if he not brake , he see a car in front. The roundabout is comming. Not everbody drive with fullspeed in the roundabout. I can not beaming me away from his front.

When he drives over the speed limit to catch you, it's within the leeway and he only does so for a short period of time. This is allowed for a short period, as it's clear he was trying to keep you within his tracker.

The crash afterwards, you were in the right lane until the last minute. From his point of view you may have been turning right off the autobahn. Wasn't until the last few seconds you started turning left and he hit you. If you had of positioned yourself on the left hand lane this could have been prevented. As for the fine, it's the minimum for causing an accident - again I think is acceptable.
