9:05 - Driver can be seen approaching the accident scene. I had the caution on as soon as a I came across it, even though Ossi comments I should have it on, he mustn't have seen it. User hits me and does apologise, but I decide to chase him because he clearly ignored the caution and braked far too late. I pull him over, tell him I will be fining him for ignoring caution and drifting. He then says in caps that his brakes are broken (even though they're fine) and tells me I need to 'get a life and a better job' which tbh is quite rude.

9:40 - after running for a short amount of time, he stops and I fine him. He then drives forward and reverses into me, in revenge, and is obviously on purpose with no sorry.

13:40 - he then goes behind the pits which is forbidden in a chase.

yes it was a bad habbit towards you , im sorry , and i apologised you on server is well , i know that its not a good thing that i have done , and i do realise what iv done , i think you know me well enough to tell if im like a raming person or not , and it was just bad habbit im sorry , and it wont happend again , and thankyou for accepting the apology on the server .

They are allowed to use similar force during a chase as the cop does, however it has to be calculated and tactical. Although it did not cause any damage to your car, this hit was neither of them.

This was a good report Luke, however Sean has gotten banned by another admin already for 14 days and i feel that ban is more than suitable for these offences, so i am not going to request an extension.

I will put a warning on his urs, thanks for the report Luke .

However your urs history in the TC servers is horrible and if you don't change your behaviour soon, you will face a very lengthy ban the next time we come across similar behaviour.
