You are basicly telling me the collision was more obvious and thats why you didn't do anything.

We simply go by what we can see and try to give people a fair chance. You had more than a few fair chances and failed. You knew you are/were on thin ice, but still don't act accordingly.

This isn't a single incident, but a string of repeating incidents and thats why you have been banned.
