Description of incident (09.09. / 1243utc):
im aware it is only a minor incident, but this is well known behaviour from him and at some point i have to start reporting.
User clearly and always has no respect for sirens, doesnt touch his brakes at all, and even starts to drift while approaching sirens. It was a totally avoidable crash. After all it made me loose my chase.
Also fails to apologize and blames me obviously by saying:

Hi, sorry for the delay.

The collision could have indeed been avoidable, had he not have thrown out a drift and instead respected the siren.

This sort of behavior is not unfamiliar, so the player will receive a ban from the servers.
