He apparently didn't care much about what I told him, told him he was reported for interfering chases, his only answer was "ok"

Therefore, not spending my time with him.

Actually, its sad to see that the whole server is not caring about the rules lately, makes me and a bunch others have everytime less interest to keep playing, the old-time fun is nolonger possible.

Frozen, as you described above on two occasions yes he did overtake chases, this coupled with his previous URS history will resort in a short ban
