It's a cops and robbers server, its focused on cops and cruisers, not medics and rescues.

Yes maybe it is a cops and robber server but it is allowed to expand the server. Just look at McDonald they are a burger restaurant but also sells salat and other things that's not a burger.
Exactly, you offer the MED/RES role, which is voluntary, meaning we don't get paid for it. If anything we lose money instead.

You lose money at your own Risk Smile it's just as easy to earn money.
yukine just accept it. ppl here dont want change. every change is baaaaaaaaad.
suggesting civilian races->cops n robbers server! focus on chases!
med improvement->cops n robber server!
two tire stacks behind pits->cops n robber server! focus on chases!
removing speedtraps to benefit robbers->cruise server! cop server! city driving!

to the idea itself i'd suggest to just raise the percentage of negative money from 30% to 50% as a compromise and add a speeding warning when not on call from 10%(or 15%) above limit.

"Which is voluntary" being the key statement. You don't have to speed to do your job yet you choose to, cops do have to speed to do their job and that's the difference.

Your cynicism doesn't really make any sense. The fact [MED] and [RES] has been officialised into an actual role seems to be a miracle in itself. People always want more, no? And I can see you're a bit sad people didn't like your speedtrap idea, but life goes on.
not sad at all. its just not appropriate. but this aint about my speedtrapidea. i just stated four previous suggestions and the reactions wich followed. fact. btw i at least made an on-topic statement.
Hello everyone
I think MED/RES/TOW shouldn't have negative money while speeding. Especially since we are on the track Westhill, after the update it is much bigger. So since we really want to reach the caller fast we speed and when we speed we lose money, In my opinion its kind of unfair. Following the speed limits is not a good choice because most roads are 80-120 & the track is really huge.

Besides, Maybe the situation may be dangerous to the other traffic, especially in Paddock tunnel way.

Thank you

KooKoo

I just want to add that the smaller roads are 80. So yes if were all the way down responding to a call up on the map we should go 80 then 100 then back to 80. Nice. Very nice. By that time someone else helped them. I hope this gets implemented.

I don't understand why people are angry for this idea? It's not going to affect them. We are asking to reach our callers faster which is useful but instead we get a nono. I don't understand? Can someone explain why you want the med/res to lose money?
Hey there.

Just fast thing.

I would like to see that medics can speed to a call without losing money.

That's it.
I guess also for TOW ?

Same job?
Just speed but within the leeway of 30 Percents.

I find it reasonable, 120 kmh + 30 percents = 160 km/h.

More will be a 'danger' to other traffic.

Am I wrong ?
I don't see why they shouldn't be allowed to have this privilege considering they are Emergency Vehicles after all.

But yes, they should only really be just above the speedlimit within the leeway so they are not a danger to other road users, which would deem this not very practical.
What Connor said, it seems logical for the meds to not lose money too.

its actually 40 kph, you will gain +0 when you go 200 in a 160 area, and you will gain +0 when you go 110 in a 70 area

Thats what you get for speeding.

If you want to earn money, then keep the speed low Wink
Merged threads.

In regards to the suggestion itself; I'm not strictly opposed to the idea but I don't really think it's necessary. The reason cops don't lose money in a chase is because they have a genuine need to drive (in some cases) very fast to keep up to the suspect. Cops would barely have any money left if they did lose money in such cases.

Whilst [MED] simulates an emergency role, there is generally no need to be speeding so much to a point where you notice you're losing a lot of money.
Why are all people stucked in "it's only a cop and robber server" what is the problem with medics Speeding to calls?, when you are flipped you like to be helped as fast as possible.

Morreboy has a point, if you were flipped and you called for TOW, you would want help quick, not 10 years later!
