Not 'yet'.

I read that the high temperatures coming next week will only last a few days and aren't that high. So the ice won't melt too much and will only give us some nice clean layer of ice without snow and flat surface

it won't come, after the high temperatures it need to freeze for 10 degrees at least for two days.. it won't ... so it won't come lol
