Just to clarify, Eastenders, Coronation Street, 'Burn Memes' and Mr. AD possibly ban evading does not have anything to do with the suggestions in the original post.

Usually we (admins/management) don't give a definitive answer on whether something will be implemented or not since things can easily change in the future.
However, what you've suggested is very unlikely to be implemented for reasons previously stated in the thread. :)
