Replay timestamps: 17:10 Bamse stoped on road when chase comed, he have time to move but see he stoped on road and blocked cop (me).
And i tried to speak with him, what he do wrong but i see he not understand that.

It looked like the player's intention to turn left, however with no signal, whilst also taking his time to do exactly that. He was actually still moving at the time the collision occured.

I think if both parties had talked about it, then a better conclusion would have been reached. If I catch the user online, I'll have a word with him. For now, I won't be taking action.
