Description of incident (inc date & time):

17:45 - User sets his indicator, I thought he was going left at the intersection.
17:49 - He did a u-turn, I was not expecting that at all, I hit his car. At this moment I blasted my horn in reaction. I was about to park on the zebras (on the right) and write "sorry" but I stalled.
17:54 - User clearly rams my car

A report could have easily avoided, but I guess I just don't like that kind of reactions.

The user did make contact which appeared to look like a revenge ram due to you colliding into him. It wasn't called for and he has had his final warning already, his recent behavior backs up my decision therefore I shall issue a short ban.
