Description of incident (inc date & time):

22:18 starts to drive behind him.
22:45 - Accident happens.

Well, I was speeding behind this drifter, who drove quite slow in corners because he had to drift. Fair enough, but at a point a cop decide to pull me over and I would like to get into a pursuit so I kept speeding and wanted to overtake the drifter. Not only did he ignore the police sirens, as I gently tried to overtake him with lots of space (I even horned to alert him) Then he decides to get into my lane and force me into a barrier where I lose control and gotta give up starting a police pursuit.
If he said sorry, I was alright with it as it could be a mistake, but he even confirmed with messages that he did it because I hit him. (Revange ram?) You try watch the video and judge about it. Never hit him.

By the looks of things he took a racing line which ended up cutting you off. Indeed you had right of way due to your chase and he should of apologized for cutting you off which is my main concern. I wouldn't class it as a "ram" though. Nevertheless he will receive a warning.

dallepower will receive an ingame warning to stay clear and give way to sirens and to apologize if he causes an accident.
