Description of incident (inc date & time): Belska was asking me requests a lot but I PMed him that his song doesn't fit my program a few times, later I ignored his requests and I think this is his way of showing that he doesn't like that I do not take his song.

Well, after checking the Chatlogs, I have no major concern for his comments. They did start becoming a little repetitive, but it's nothing worth taking action for in this case.

In future, if he continues to harras, be sure to make him aware that he is spamming and politely inform him to stop. If he fails to abide you, feel free to make another report.
