He was banned not too long ago for his attitude and disrespect for other users in chat. Looks to me he hasn't learned from his last 14-day ban.

I'm going to give him one chance to change his attitude on the servers. If he fails to abide by the confirmable warning that I'm going to give him then, he will definitely see a lengthy ban.
