The move he tried to perform on you would have been reckless and essentially classed as ramming. He clearly saw you on the opposite side and tried to hit you head-on, instead failing that and hitting the barrier, causing a rather nasty collision.

The user will receive a confirmable in-game warning for careless manoeuvres performed on a suspect. This will also be his final COP warning before his rights are revoked so I hope he watches his force from now on.
