Description of incident (inc date & time):

I ask the suspect to stop plenty of times from 47:35 (time stamp), however he/she just carries on driving in the wrong direction. Luckily no accident were caused during this.

TraelZoiDz says "Worth it for the XP" clearly showing it was intentional.

The user is fairly new, therefore I did ask he/she if they wanted to talk this out rather than me reporting them. However, they want a admin to deal with this as the chat logs below show.

Could a admin have a word with this person / warn them about this.

Hey That's me!

I did ask for the admin preferred being the reason I like keeping everything open and documented, I'll just start and what let me to the knobbly tires on my car, to where we are now.

I had made a suspension setup similar to a pre-runner truck on a rally server, and figured I'd see how it handled in say, normal road driving. The results were abysmal. That led to my crash right as you exited the safezone and you subsequently pulling me over to which I had no complaints too. I was expecting only a warning and maybe a forced escort back to pits until I put road tires back on, however I was lightly shocked to see a fine, which at the time I didn't want to pay. I didnt really think the chase through at all especially since my setup handled horrible but I went for it. That I will plainly admit was a very poor lapse of judgement on my part from all perspectives.

As for the WW on the Autobahn, That I actually didnt know was very strictly enforced, included while in a chase. I assumed chase was just, try to get away. I've since read through the rules, and have seen the articles strictly saying no matter what, do not WW on the Autobahn. But, still my fault for not reading the rules before hand.
Along to the ignoring your messages, I was very caught up in the moment. That's all there was too that one. I was just focused on escaping as I didnt realize I was committing a very strict violation of rules at the same time...And I did think it was odd how soft setup XRT was outrunning an fZ5 too...

And no I don't actually know if XP is important or if it was even worth it for a normal chase.

And yeah thats about it from my side. I was at fault in the beginning, and in the end for having not read the rules before.

Hi,

The reason why you were fined was because of your driving. You lost control due to having a offroad setup. Losing control like that on the AB can be dangerous for other users as well yourself. If that was to happen during a peak time, then you most likely would've caused a right chaos.

I appreciate that you have accepted your mistake. To be quite honest, making a report was not necessary at all, which is why I asked you on the server if you wanted to talk this out. However, you rejected that option which is why I made a report.

As stated above by Nitro we appreciate you admit your mistake, the rules are however here for a reason. You are still new to the server, please take the time to read the rules and familiarize yourself with the information provided around the site
