29:40.00 : Auto-spec for Wrongsiding

32:10.00 : Rams JorgenGTR, clearly aiming for him and not letting off the throttle
32:40.00 : Second ram, again with clear intent
39:00.00 : His excuse- "I was trying to drift and crashed"

Description of incident (inc date & time): Wrongsiding, Ramming and being oblivious to the fact when confronted, trying to play it off as a drifting accident. Was not going to report at first, but it looks like it wasn't the first time he did these things.
