Hello,

Thanks for your report.

I've reviewed the footage and watched the replay from when the player joined the server, I saw that they were generally being a nuisance causing crashes, not apologising and of course the WW driving in pitlane and following the chase and rear ending the COP.

As such I've given reqqster a confirmable warning.
