- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: i was doing a u-turn and she decided to fine me for wrong way. i would say this is at most careless driving since i checked the minimap and no one was close to me while performing the turn.

I am not bearing to assume this refund request is valid because theoretically you did in fact commit wrong siding. Instead of performing the U-turn WHILE switching to the opposite lane, you went to the opposite lane (drove a few meters on it) and only then performed the U-TURN.

The COP had visual of you performing this manoeuvre - that could have caused an accident if there had been traffic coming from the other lane. So, ultimately, the offence did occur and the COP witnessed you committing it, factors which led to the fine correctly.
