- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: Was in chase, cop error led to my car being flipped. Cop ended up busting me whilst trying to fix my car (acknowledgement of error in cop's action is therefore evident), and still fined. No refund issued.
astraxan describes it as "ur prob" at 1:37:15.00.
astraxan's behaviour should also be investigated throughout the chase - quite a lot of unnecessary contact, had previously called me a "monkey" despite not being involved in that situation. Exudes arrogance.

maybe u got too mad for losing chase, with weird moves and too much contact with me, u were asking a refund for your previous chase too, saying u got rammed, same story again... im not responsible if ur moves end up on me, u did handbrake after going left, what did u expect? hug you like a teddy bear? also, i never called you a monkey, you said u will report witch is against rules, threaten someone , usaid refund or report, and for the end, i always help flipped cars, that doesnt mean its my fault. relax its a game, u dont need to get mad and rage quit cause u lost.

Hi,

I would like to brief you on the factors I based my decision to deny your refund request.

• Your manoeuvre was very unpredictable for the COP, who even tried to brake when he realized that you had spun, but was unsuccessful. Watching the replay, it is possible to notice that he actually demonstrated an attempt to stop his vehicle (noticeable by his brake inputs).
• Even if you had been busted as a result of an inaccurate contact (which was not the case), the bust fine would still be valid, as you decided to fail to stop.
• The COP fined you €385, which in your chase was the Recommended Fine, completely justifiable for the violations you have committed during the chase - some nearly ended with accidents.
  

Considering the points above, you do not meet the requirements to be refunded.
