Gaming graphics card
What would be a good gaming graphics card for this system?
I've found that the GT 520 isn't really decent enough for some games, so i'd like to look into upgrading. OS: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64-bit) Service Pack 1 (Build 7601) Memory (RAM): 6127 MB CPU: Intel® Core i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz (Quad core) Current graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 4 GB Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. CM6630_CM6730_CM6830. Power supply: Spoiler (Click to View) Budget: 68€ - 160€ |

RE: Gaming graphics card
This would be a very suitable replacement. But Im not 100% sure that your 350W PSU is enough. But it should do.

It's called a 350W, but the table clearly shows that it can only provide 300W total, only 216W at 12V - the graphics card uses only 12V and most other components (especially CPU) use it to a greater or lesser extent as well. You never know with this kind of PSU whether it can even sustain what it claims it can. I personally wouldn't trust it with a decent graphics card. |

RE: Gaming graphics card
This should do the job. Also great choice if you're on a tight budget
http://www.edbpriser.dk/stroemforsyning/...13540.aspx Generally, go for Corsair. For more detailed help or so. Try asking at http://www.hardwareonline.dk - Nice and good danish HW community. Just make a thread, and they'll help you. Most times you'll get usable answers within an hour or so |

RE: Gaming graphics card
Do some googling on fan noise for that particular PSU before buying. It might not be a problem on that modell but it is on my Corsair 650W V2.

Ras - If you don't want to get a new power supply, then a 7750 can work with your current power supply. It's a little close to the power limit, though. It's risky with a mystery brand PSU, so I recommend a new power supply. You don't need crazy amounts of power, either. 500w or less is sufficient. |
