● Description of incident (inc Date & Time):

After entering, the track in the pit lane, I came out the pitlane to find
two cars, both coming at speed down the Main Straight this action was then reinforced by the main UF1 car driven by M.Turpin who was forced to brake heavily forcing the following vehicle to Brake Heavily, I then assumed that the UF1 (M.Turpin) was at that time speeding, I did not have the chance to gather evidence of this happening but I then decided to chase the UF1 Vehicle for a Stop and Check, to warn him about his speed on the Main Straight.

The car following closely behind the UF1 was the Incident Car, driven by kru (G25 Cruiser) (realslap), I had at first, indicated that I wanted kru (G25 Cruiser) to move out of the way, because I had the intention once he had moved out of the way to chase the UF1 driven by M.Turpin once he had done this, I proceeded to then Engage M.Turpin and request that he would pull over to the side.

In the process of doing so, I hadn't noticed that kru (G25 Cruiser) was at this moment, accelerating to come on to the Roundabout, and choose a exit, and that at the same time M.Turpin was going to make a U-Turn and go back the exact same way he had come, and so I followed M-Turpin's actions by doing the same, however I did oversteer rather a lot and so when I went to rectify this, kru (G25 cruiser) made his movement on to the roundabout, then to follow M.Turpin and is shown to accelerate in to me as I made my turn to go and follow M.Turpin to bust him, the actions of kru (G25 cruiser) resulted in a Minor Accident, which did not effect the outcome of my chase or endanger other cruisers, however I do think he was not supposed to do those things.

Note: His actions around that specific roundabout also resulted in me tapping him which I did not apolgise for admittingly but I was also chasing a suspect.

I am not entirely happy with kru (G25 cruiser)'s actions purely because I think he broke,

Rules Wrote:1.5. Stay Away From Chases - Let suspects and cops pass and give them room for maneuvering. Do not follow or overtake chases. If a chase gets closer, stay passive, slow down and wait until the situation is over. Do not help the suspect or the Police.

I would say that he did not give adequate space, to allow for me to make my turn and then continue with the chase. Which if i'm correct is in breach of rule 1.5. Stay Away From Chases of which is stated above.

Having looked at the replay its clear that M.Turpin was not speeding down the Main straight (HW1) - (screenshot below). They both broke before exiting the roundabout due to a car in front of them exiting off as well, you slightly hit Kru (G25 cruise). You then initiated chase on M.Turpin for suspected speeding and Kru (G25 cruise) was also heading round the roundabout at roughly the same time you initiated the chase, but due to your over steer you both ended up colliding, which was both purely driver error.
