Why I should deserve a refund: I tried to overtake him but he blocked the way for me so I couldnt pass and I crashed into his car, and I got a fine of 200 for causing a accident, but I believe he was the one causing it.

Sorry for the delay. The way I see it, you started the turn way too early (pointing towards the wrong side of the road), and Val was quite obviously going left as Val's car was pointing and moving in that direction, it was your fault you cut the corner and weren't paying attention (and hit him).
