Edit: Found a greasemonkey script that bypasses it, but in future please refrain from using 4shared. Gonna take a look now.

Ok the problem starts when you rearend Panda and instead of apologising blame Panda for braking.
Not an acceptable behaviour Hook.

He then revenge rammed you at very slow speed without any visible damage to your car.

Hook you will recieve a confirmable warning for failing to apologise for that crash.
Panda will recieve a confirmable warning for revenge ramming.
