Description of incident (inc date & time):
04/12/15
So, he pulls out in front of me so I horn and flash my lights on him. He then manages to get mad? So then he starts the provoking. He cut me off, and slowed down. Whenever I tried to overtake, he would cut me off and to finish off, he decided to P.I.T me and cause me to crash.
Note: This evening, I've generally seen him with a quite bad and disrespectful attitude. Not only towards me, but other players.

First timestamp (17:03): He pull out in front of me.
Second timestamp(17:13): Here he starts to cut me off, and continues provoking me by braking, not letting be pass when trying to overtake etc.
Third timestamp(18:02): He decides to P.I.T me and cause the accident, which made me had enough.

well you who started road rage you always come next to me horn all time flashing and make close call to me , when i was stuck on bridge, when i was in pit stop
when i was stuck in speed bumb. when alkaser helped me i was in right side you came behind me and flash me and horn and like you keep asking for road rage so i said to my self i will Role play if you will keep doing that.

if you dont want any player to provoke you then don't provoke them.


2.Ramming (Making a P.I.T on purpose.)

you even hit me from behind and i didn't brake check that moment ,it was all to make you slow down if i brake check in fz5 you should hit my rear car so hard.
if you slow down and park to talk all that wont happen and if you didn't try to pit me i wouldn't pit you.

replay time :
11:00 cause accdient with GT4 and me and didn't say sorry
12:20 i was making pit stop you come close to me and keep horn.
14:30 i was stuck you decide horn and drive to close to me.
17:10 after alkaser helped me you keep horn and flashing all time
17:40 you keep increasing speed and ram my back
17:55 you keep getting to close and hitting me then i repay you with just pit.

next time tell them the story from start don't forget that you are who started it.


and again if you don't want any player to provoke you then don't provoke them.

I would also like to understand why you didn't post the whole story like QATAR (luckily) has done. I would have probably looked in the replay to see why this all occurred but you could have spared me a lot of time, Filsoof, by doing the same instead of just posting your side.

I also do not appreciate people like you who try to get people into trouble by deliberately provoking them yourself, then they provoke you back in which you report them for it. They always seem to be the hardest people to deal with. It was also very hypocritical of you to say "don't provoke" seeing as you had just previously acted rather provokingly towards QATAR anyway.

The PIT he did on you was out of anger and frustration, and was not particularly needed, but nor was your attempted PITs on QATAR to move him out of the way. I could see that you did not want to fully PIT him so you were not to blame for this, and just PIT him enough to tip him over the edge, eliciting a negative reaction from him.

Filsoof your petty feuds with many users has got to stop. You were banned for this provoking behaviour before, with you thinking you were never in the wrong. Once again, you are in the wrong here by sparking this whole petty feud between you and QATAR with your random drift that caused a pretty major collision - which you, for some reason, did not apologise for.

Therefore, due to his recent history, Filsoof will receive a 14 day ban for his unnecessary provoking behaviour, not apologising for his actions and blatantly trying to put the blame on someone else.

QATAR will also receive a confirmable in-game warning for his unneeded reaction of pitting Filsoof out of anger.
