Main reason(s): Wrong way on Autobahn (Kyoto) and ramming [GLOW]Tee[COP] in chase.

Description of incident (inc date & time):
The user wrong ways on the Autobahn in 3 instances, and when he was busted in the chase at the end, i told him that it was 3 times that he had gone ww, and then he disconnected. On occasion 1, i let it go as a warning, but occasions 2 and 3, i told him not to go ww on ab. He ignored me.

The incident with Tee was basically Neutron ramming him during their chase. This is only a minor incident, but i thought as im reporting him anyways i'll just pop it in

His username is "koklaxxx" and his nickname is Neutron. The nickname is the changeable display name, the username is what you get when you hold control+shift on the connection list.

Wrong siding on the Autobahn:
I've checked your timestamps, and I'll take action based on the blatant wrong-siding on the Autobahn, which also caused crashes. (And he also rammed someone after getting into a mess)

The ramming into Tee side-note:
This is a non-issue. They were moderate/light rams to try and get past Tee's block, which is permissible as per the server rules.

Due to the fact he showed no care towards the server rules, even saying "qahahah nuubs" before disconnecting, I'll ban him for one week. I'll also give him a confirmable warning just in case he doesn't know he was banned.

Also, I wouldn't class 'dont ww on ab' as actual helpful advice, because there's a large chance newbies won't know what 'ww' means, or 'ab'.
