Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

3:30 - chase initiated - all is normal

6:15- heading down HWY 1 go round the corner, i see there's been a incident to slow down to make sure I don't hit anyone to avoid them, Toxic blocks me from going round left side (safer side) then after clearing the rolled car, the cop then forces me into the barrier.

7:21- I pull into service area, proceed to ask for pit, no response.

8:32 I decide to go into pit box, cop busts me.

The ram to me seemed to deliberate, there was no sorry given for it either when it happened or after the chase ended.

There was enough room on the right for you to avoid the situation you found yourself in. The cop used minimal force against you and did not force you into the barrier.

There is no requirement for cops to allow you to pit stop mid-chase.
