42:15 - He sees my chase, and turns on his strobes.
42:27 - He turns on his siren. He then proceeds to act as if he is in the chase, and blocks in my suspect. He is not in the chase.
45:20 - He speeds as a cop.
45:44 - He initiates a random handbrake u-turn in the middle of the AB.
46:10 - He performs another u-turn on the AB.
1:07:47 - He notices a giant crash in front of him and swerves to the left... while the other cops were able to get around the accident, he did not.
1:07:50 - As he ended up on the wrongside of the AB, he continued to drive along, as if nothing had happened.

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)
It happened today 07/04/12 at about 1200GMT, thesaemi96 interfered in my chase, and acted as if I had called for backup - when I had not. I then checked the replay further and I saw that he has very little car control. He constantly speeds while on the AB, and has little regard for the rules. He continuously has problems maintaining control of the vehicle - whether it be speed, position, etc. while copping.
