- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: After the cruisers help me to make me back on wheel, I reverse for unblock the road, I hit the 'turn sign' and Val arrest me. Before do that I check if anyone go on other lane, so I think that fine is unjustified.
At 3:06:33, he says to me "Crashing road sign is not allowed.", I think that not a reason to arrest me..

Okay, yes, you were in fact towed. However, after the towing motion, you were fully in control of your vehicle. You started reversing, hit a road sign, and cut across the road. I'd say this was careless and the fine of "Offence: Careless driving (60 €)" was justified plenty.
